Essential Install – best commercial project trade award 2011
Essential Install magazine awards - SMC won the 'Best Commercial Project' trade award for their work on the Eccleston Square Hotel project.
Sound and Vision Install – Trade Install Gold Award Winner 2011
The SVI Awards – the awards for the AV and install industry as voted by the AV and install industry.
SMC was awarded the Gold award ‘Best Systems Integrator’.

SMC won the Crestron 2011 award for the ‘Ultimate Connected Home’
Kaleidescape gold dealer 2008 award
Kaleidescape, the world’s premier movie server manufacturer, awarded SMC the 2008 Gold dealer award for recognition in their custom integration work using their products.
Lutron Star select dealer Awards
SMC received the 'Star Select Dealer Award' from Lutron recognising their outstanding performance with Lutron products. SMC have received this award 5 times in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2008
Crestron 2008 award winner "Home Sweet Home Cinema"
SMC's Highgate Cemetery project won yet another award. This time the 'Home Sweet Home Cinema' award in the UK Integration Awards from Crestron.
The Crestron Integration Awards are given to those dealers who have truly embraced Crestron Total Home Technology and all its possibilities.
Crestron said: "An incredible installation for a home situated in a cemetery. In making this award, the judges recognised SMC’s achievement in overcoming considerable challenges to deliver a truly stunning and fully integrated home, all driven from touch screen Crestron control."
