cost analysis and tender documentation

We offer a design consultancy service to help with initial scoping, cost analysis and tender documentation. We often act as specialist AV consultants alongside the M&E consultant to develop the scheme and/or as a sub-contractor to install all the low voltage works.

We have extensive knowledge and experience to be able to advise on the level of equipment a developer should install as standard to make the property as desirable as possible. Through our work with private clients we fully understand the needs and desires of discerning purchasers and which systems add value.

Working across all disciplines, on time and on budget

Our installation team are all CSCS certified and fully proficient in the disciplines required to work on large construction sites. Our project managers know what it takes to deliver a project on time and within budget.

We work at all stages of the construction cycle right through to developing marketing material to assist the sale of the property.
