OUR SMC AFTERCARE AND MAINTENANCE APP

In 2018 we launched SAM, SMC’s aftercare app. Fully integrated with our in-house monitoring, scheduling and management system SAM acts as a portal between you and our service team. SAM provides you with another easy way to communicate with our aftercare team, from logging new issues and tracking existing ones, to viewing contract information, tech updates and how-to guides. As always, we’ll also be available at the end of the phone or in person if you need us to be.

  • Request instant support from our dedicated aftercare team
  • Report an issue to our service team and track existing issues with live updates
  • View up-to-date contract information including how many service hours or call-outs you have used
  • View scheduled call-out sessions and planned maintenance dates and add them to your calendar
  • Access how-to guides, operation manuals and FAQs
  • View quotes and invoices and see if they are outstanding or paid
  • Keep up-to-date with tech news and product information
