In 2018 we launched SAM, SMC’s aftercare app. Fully integrated with our in-house monitoring, scheduling and management system SAM acts as a portal between you and our service team. SAM provides you with another easy way to communicate with our aftercare team, from logging new issues and tracking existing ones, to viewing contract information, tech updates and how-to guides. As always, we’ll also be available at the end of the phone or in person if you need us to be.
