Within this particular apartment, the client requested motorised blinds for all floor to ceiling windows throughout the property. We specified and installed Lutron blackout blinds to provide privacy and enhance security. The client also requested automated sheer curtains to control natural light and to add a decorative element.
We tweaked the lighting control system and added operation of the blinds to the existing Lutron system; this provided the client with an automated, fully programmable lighting, blind and curtain control system.
We also installed a new router in the apartment and wireless access points, Sonos in the living room incorporating ceiling speakers and iPad control. RTI remote control for the client’s TV sources including Blu-Ray and Apple TV was also set up.
