Our clients wanted a beautiful family estate, somewhere out of London where they could relax and entertain in style. It needed to be an adventurous haven for their children and offer the highest level of discreet, unobtrusive security.
Set deep within the English countryside, the estate encompasses a variety of landscapes and contains several different properties – some tenanted and others privately owned. Against this rural backdrop the Clients wanted to create a common communications, access and security strategy for all the various stakeholders across the estate that would meet their needs now and well into the future. The main house, newly built, is foremost a family home. It is surrounded by much older buildings, many of which are listed. There are different requirements for each member of the family and we had to deliver a simple, robust solution to meet their needs, a simple entertainment and Internet system for guests and also provide a comprehensive estate management solution for the housekeepers and staff.
